The Team


Tyson McFall, P.E.

Principal Mechanical Engineer

Tyson is a Professional Engineer with experience designing many types of projects from data centers to office TIs. He has expertise in mechanical design, complex plumbing design, BIM, energy modeling, and total cost of ownership analysis. He also has experience in LEED and has designed some of the lowest energy consuming facilities in Idaho.

Tyson focuses on working with contractors to help value engineer the project and ensure it can be built effectively.

Tyson is licensed in multiple states and always adding new ones for clients.  He has his NCEES record and can get licensed in other states relatively quickly upon request.

Sean Drake has been in the HVAC and plumbing design world practically his entire life.  His areas of expertise include hydronic design, med gas systems, and laboratory design.  He specializes in Healthcare, Justice, Laboratory, and Higher Ed.

Sean prides himself in complete and code compliant designs.

Sean is licensed in multiple states and is able to quickly obtain his license in other states through his NCEES record.

Sean Drake, P.E.

Principal Mechanical Engineer

Nicholas is a recent Boise State University graduate.  He has been working in the HVAC and plumbing design industry for the last 3 1/2 years and is learning quickly by taking interest in all aspects of construction design.

He is competent in heating and cooling load calculations, design layouts, equipment selection, and AutoCAD and Revit drafting.

Nicholas likes mananging projects and relationships, and researching the codes to ensure that his designs are safe, healthy, and reliable for the building occupants.

Dustin Kier

Mechanical Engineer / BIM Manager

Dustin has experience in industrial refrigeration systems and is learning all other aspects of HVAC and plumbing engineering.  He takes his time on projects to ensure they are thorough and completed the right way.  He is experienced in Revit and AutoCAD softwares.  His area of expertise is Revit family creation and model set up.

He is currently working towards his professional engineering license.


Peter Bibikov

Mechanical Engineer

Peter has been in the industry for over 10 years and is an expert in project management, HVAC design, plumbing design, code analysis, and project coordination.  He is also fluent in Revit and 3D modeling.

Matt is a Boise State University graduate who has 3 years of sales, design, CAD, and manufacturing experience.

He is developing his aptitude in AutoCAD, Revit and all aspects of HVAC and Plumbing design.   Matt takes pride in designing high quality and efficient MP systems and learning all about the industry.

Matt enjoys golfing, fishing, boating and spending time with friends.
